Scope of Work
As a general contracting and construction company, AGC has engaged in the development of commercial, industrial, hospitality, and multifamily residential properties primarily in California and Hawaii. Over the years we have been involved in every aspect of the construction and development processes, from feasibility studies to pre-construction coordination, financing, and business strategies.
We have provided outsourced construction services, including owner’s representation, project management and monitoring, due diligence inspections, construction management, witness and dispute resolution, cost consulting and quality surveying, and feasibility studies and option appraisals. Among the projects we have completed are; shopping centers, medical suites, movie theatres, entertainment complexes office and retail projects, historic renovations, ground-up constructions, interior and exterior renovations, nightclubs, hotels, custom homes, condominiums, town-homes and infills, senior housing/retirement communities, and mixed-use developments.
Experience
To this day, we managed the completion of over 6,000 multi-family units, over 750 single- family homes, 10 multiplex theaters, 12 hotels, 4 assisted-living facilities, 3 master-planned community plans, and over 150,000 sq. ft. of designed and built medical space. The total value of the residential, commercial, retail and master-planned community development projects that they have completed together to this day is over $2 Billion.
